DHStyling sells aftermarket automotive parts and accessories.
Important:
Aftermarket parts are not manufactured or endorsed by original vehicle manufacturers (OEMs).
Vehicle compatibility information is provided as guidance only.
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
Ensure compatibility with their vehicle
Check part numbers
Confirm fitment before purchase
Seek professional installation where required
We are not responsible for incorrect purchases due to failure to verify compatibility.
We reserve the right to:
Refuse any order
Cancel any order
Limit quantities purchased per person or per address
An order is not accepted until it has been dispatched.
If we cancel an order before dispatch, you will receive a full refund.
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment must be received in full before an order is shipped.
Delivery times provided are estimates only.

We may offer an exchange at our discretion.
An exchange request must meet ALL conditions:
Requested within 7 days of delivery
Item is unopened
Item is unused
Item remains in original packaging
Item is in the same condition as delivered
Proof of purchase is provided
Installed parts
Used items
Damaged items (after delivery)
Electrical components once opened
Sale items
Gift cards
Incorrectly ordered items due to compatibility error

Reason for exchange
Do not return items without approval.
Unauthorised returns will be refused and returned to sender.
After we receive and inspect the item:
If approved → exchange will be issued
If the replacement item costs more → customer pays the difference
If lower → no credit or refund is issued
Customers are responsible for safely packaging returns.
Customer pays return shipping except where:
item is damaged on arrival
wrong item was sent by us
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend tracked shipping.
We are not responsible for lost returns.
You must report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
Evidence required:
clear photos of packaging
clear photos of item
shipping label visible
Failure to provide evidence may result in refusal of exchange.
All automotive parts should be professionally installed.
DHStyling is not liable for:
improper installation
labour costs
mechanic fees
vehicle damage
MOT failure
performance issues
You install products entirely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DHStyling shall not be liable for:
indirect losses
loss of profits
vehicle downtime
towing costs
mechanical damage
Our liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product.
All website content including images, branding, product descriptions and logos are the property of DHStyling and may not be used without permission.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for:
abusive behaviour
chargeback threats
fraudulent activity
misuse of the exchange policy
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
