The included sync cable connects the Android screen to the Virtual Cockpit, allowing supported content from the touchscreen—including Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and navigation—to be displayed within the centre of the digital instrument cluster.

This kit is only suitable for compatible vehicles originally fitted with an analogue instrument cluster.

It will not fit or operate in vehicles already equipped with a factory digital dash or Audi Virtual Cockpit.

Split-screen functionality allows two compatible applications to be displayed simultaneously, such as navigation and music.

The included Virtual Cockpit replaces the compatible factory analogue instrument cluster with a high-definition digital display. It presents supported driving information through modern graphics while retaining an integrated, vehicle-specific appearance.

Original Audi System Access

The upgraded Android screen is designed to retain access to the compatible original Audi multimedia interface and supported factory functions.

You can switch between the Android system and the original Audi interface when required. Retained functions depend on the vehicle’s original specification and installed equipment.

Reverse-Camera Support

The Android system supports a compatible factory or aftermarket reversing camera. Once installed and configured correctly, the camera image can appear automatically when reverse gear is selected.

An aftermarket reversing camera is sold separately unless expressly included in the selected product option.

Plug-and-Play Installation with No Coding

The kit uses vehicle-specific wiring and connections to make installation as straightforward as possible. No vehicle coding is required for the standard installation.

Although the system is plug and play, fitting requires removal of the original screen and analogue instrument cluster, followed by installation and connection of the replacement components and sync cable.

Professional installation is recommended to ensure that everything is fitted, secured and configured correctly.
